The two companies are now beginning a process of technological transition, service and platform management. The common effort of both companies is for the entire transition to be transparent for the platform's clients, without any setbacks for the clients.

The companies reached the agreement based on the interest and focus of the companies in their business. For Jackson Andrade, Wooba will be an opportunity to further enrich the development of its portfolio of solutions for the Travel Industry, with the immediate incorporation of the robust SAFEGUARD technology and a project for its future development.

For Antônio Anderson de Souza, it is a necessary transition, due to Vizir's projects and ambitions, while the integration relationship that already existed with WOOBA products facilitates this, since both companies have a strong commitment to their clients and share the understanding of the need to continue developing the platform in the interest of the market.
